It sure looks like a Six-Piece Burr, but it most certainly is not one. The burr is disassembled by a series of "stair step" moves alternating from one piece to another. The first move lifts one piece about one-fifth of a piece width. Each succeeding piece moves about the same amount until the width of the resulting gap allows one piece to be removed. The bottom photograph shows the burr after a few shifts have been made.
