The same design criteria as used for the Four-Piece Pyramid. The puzzle forms an octahedral cluster of nineteen rhombic dodecahedra blocks. They are joined into three dissimilar, non-symmetrical pieces with five blocks each and one with three which assemble only one way and must be assembled in sequence. Stewart made 40 from 1979 to 1983. Number 31 in his numbering system.
